Our usual order processing time is 1-3 business days; processing may take longer during holidays or other peak periods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing inaccuracies or suspected fraud.
Pricing and payment
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping timelines for Canada are typically 3-7 business days after processing. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt for most purchases. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping by mail is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is made in person at our store. Refunds are issued to the original tender and usually process within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. No restocking fees apply unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
